The installation time for a new garage door varies depending on what type of garage door you require, whether it is remote controlled or manual, whether we have to remove an old garage door, whether the door opening size needs adjusting, and various other factors. Most installations though take less than a working day. The most complex type of doors to install are sectional garage doors, which will take around six hours, whereas the popular up and over garage doors take around four hours. When you schedule your garage door installation we’ll be able to tell you how long the work is likely to take.
Yes, Diamond Doors has experience repairing all types of garage doors, including up-and-over, sectional, roller, and side-hinged garage doors, remote controlled and automated garage doors with an electric motor, or manual doors.
We prefer to fit only the best quality garage doors from well-known manufacturers: Novoferm, Hormann, Garador and Cardale are our usual recommendations for our customers. However, we can repair and maintain any make of garage doors as long as the doors are not badly damaged or worn. We can also retro-fit automation to most existing garage doors; contact us to see if your doors are suitable.
